More About Me

Hello and thank you for visiting my page! My name is Prudence Hermon and I would like to take the opportunity to share a little bit about myself, my love, interest, passions and what drives me in real estate.

Having a background in film, motion pictures, and design, I have always been known for exceeding expectations on and off camera and working with clients. I worked in the Entertainment Industry in Hollywood CA from 14 to 21 years of age. I was a member of Aftra “American Federation of  Radio and Television  Artists” & SAG  “The Screen Actors Guild”. I worked in over 300 TV sitcoms, movies and commercials. I received awards, several years in a row from The NAAYE (National Association of American Youth in entertainment) for my great achievements in a short time in the motion picture industry. Surprisingly, I was intrigued more by the set design, animation, and background effects than the actors themselves. I was told as a young girl that I was different and have very unique tastes and ideas. Immediately following my motion picture days, I got a jump start in my early 20’s with design. Getting my hands on any fabric was like finding gold. Right away I found myself designing dresses, accessories, handbags and more. I guess I owe partial thanks to my late grandmother Mary Ruth Wilson the Intrapreneur extraordinaire for her luscious designs, and all of the set dressers for their outstanding work.

In the next few years, I began developing relationships with people who were fascinated with my design work and began requesting special assignments for not only designing wears but events of all kinds. After the birth of my daughter Candace and my son Zachary, I started The CandyZacki Affair event planning and design, which has successfully grown over the last 22 years. I have since coordinated / designed hundreds of weddings, funerals, showers, social events, and more. I owe this thanks to my loving mother Rosemary who has a natural touch for interior design turning bland into bling! I must say I have learned from the best.

In early 2017 I took my designs to a whole new level and started a handbag line, CZ Handbags and accessories. I wanted to design specialty novelty bags with a twist. I soon after found myself working trade shows, local artisan fairs, and with local artisan consignment shops in the bay area. I have always had a passion to work and serve people. My passion and drive to work volunteering in my community and to put a smile on someones face is what brings me the greatest joy! I’ve spent numerous hours donating my time and giving back to my community. Since my days of design and event coordinating, I experienced the housing market first hand when I began my personal search for property and land. I began a journey alone through searching for the perfect forever home to live forever happily ever after. My experience was very challenging not having someone to guide me through the process. I soon learned that this was a process that was not designed to experience alone. Shortly after speaking with several lenders, mortgage brokers and financial experts alone, I discovered that once again, I have stepped into a world of endless opportunities. I found myself educating family friends and others on how they can repair, rebuild, and establish credit and more. I found that talking with people about real estate was coming natural and this would be another exciting opportunity to give back once again. So needless to say, I did what I had to do to make yet another dream come true for someone by becoming a REALTOR®!

Currently I am on The Laura Wucher Team at Sereno.

I am excited to say that I will cover Solano & Contra Costa Counties and cannot wait for the opportunity to work with you in finding your dream home.
